We only engage highly skilled, seasoned head-hunters and talent experts with a minimum of 10 years gained in retained Executive Search and in-house resourcing.
Consultants are sourced from a mix of boutique practices and “Tier 1” search firms. We target those who have become disengaged with traditional brand names and assumptive charging.
Our consultants are functional, position disciplined with multiple vertical market expertise – ensuring fresh thinking, new ideas, a diverse range of services and variable pools of talent.

Highly entrepreneurial ex business owners from a broad spectrum of market sectors, who have all built successful businesses from start-up but who have all also had set backs along the way helping to supply a well-rounded, honest and informative service.
Team 2: UK SME Consulting: >£150M revenues
Made up of highly experienced ex business owners and time served, senior managers with vast experience within organisations of this size, from all departments and across a variation of market sectors.
